Privacy Policy

This page sets out how THAT Branding Company (us) uses and protects your info when you are using the site.

What we are responsible for

Privacy means a lot to us. We are internet users, just like you, so we like to protect your personal info just like we would like to be protected. If we do ever ask for info about you by which you can be identified, it will only be in accordance with this policy.

Just like the website as a whole, the policy could be updated so keep an eye on it for the latest position. If you are not happy with the policy or wish to know more, please get in touch. This policy is reviewed annually in January of any given year. This policy is effective from January 2018.

We don’t actually collect a lot of information. We collect non-identifiable info (as described in the Terms and Conditions) for analytical purposes such as improving our site. The only time we collect more is when you fill out the contact form. By filling out this form and submitting it, you are authorising us to hold that data and use it for supporting you and your project work. You can ask us to delete that information at any time.

We never share your details or information. It’s your information, not ours. If someone (other than you) wants information about you, we will simply inform you that someone is asking after you. It is up to you if you follow up with that. The only time we might share it without asking you first is if we are required to do so by law. We would tell you if that (unlikely) event happened unless, by law, we were not allowed to.

We might use your info to improve our services and products and so may get in touch from time to time, but only if this is important for supporting you and your services (e.g. market research). Inclusion on any newsletters is completely up to you and you can opt out at any time. As a Branding Agency, we like to keep our clients up to date with industry news, offers and products we think you would benefit from (things that might improve your brand position). These emails may include links to 3rd party sites, for instance if there is a promotion we feel you may benefit from. As such we suggest you stay opted “in”, but just let us knowif you want to opt “out”. You can change your mind and opt in or out at any time, even if you previously opted in or out.

We have put in place suitable procedures, systems and processes to ensure that any information we collect on you is completely private and secure. Employees or industry contacts working on our behalf are required to complete mandatory training on our privacy policies and procedures. We collect written confirmation from every delegate that they both understand the policy and that they will comply with this policy.

We perform due diligence on products, companies or services we use to create any material, websites, products or services that might ue your personal information and will involved you are all times in this process. We will seek to only use companies that sign up to comparable or higher privacy standards and will inform you where this can not be met.

We will support you in knowing where your information has be used publicly (such as on your website) so that you are aware of where confidentiality may be broken. It is your choice to put your information in the public domain and as such will seek your authority to do so before conducting these activities.
