Working with Envorem to clean up contaminated oil spills

Who are Envorem?

Envorem is an oil remediation company, headquartered in the United Kindom, although they tackle the important issue of contaminated soil across the globe.
They are one of the only organisations doing the type of work they do, which is to clean up contaminated soil using unique technology and turn this into a by-product fuel substance.

Many companies in the oil and energy sector, keep oil contamination under wraps, due to the negative press it can bring, and so the work Envorem does can be hugely valuable to our society.

At the time they began working with THAT Branding Company, they were named Global Remediation Technologies, GMT. Part of our services included finding a name that would be memorable to their customers.

Why does it matter?

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG’s) provide a framework for organisations and communities to work together to create a better world.
Envorem’s technology has the ability to improve the following goals:

Goal 6: Clean Water & Sanitation
Goal 7: Affordable & Clean Energy
Goal 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure
Goal 13: Climate Action
Goal 14: Life Below Water
Goal 15: Life On Land

What were their hopes for working with us?

Founder and Managing Director, Mark Batt-Rawden hoped to build awareness of the problem his company solves in a bid to attract investment.
Mark has a busy schedule, working on marketing, fundraising, prototype development, and running his business. Similarly, he is very close to his organisation and like many other founders, struggled to think of things that might be interesting to his audience.

Mark needed a new perspective of the organisation, and so he decided to bring THAT Branding Creative Director, Paul Scurrah, and Ashleigh King, Digital Marketing Consultant, on board.

Pitch Deck - Original

GlobalRemTech slide deck before being overhauled by THAT Branding Company - Ethical Creative Design and Branding Agency in Newcastle

The GlobalRemTech pitch deck was a dark, text heavy document that made it hard to believe the company was serious about investing in it’s own systems and processes

Pitch Deck - Updated

The new pitch deck for Envorem is light, clear to read and perfectly showcases the company and their intention to grow and expand
