A new look, and renewed confidence for Sirise Coaching

Meet Sarah Parr and Sirise Coaching!

Sirise Coaching is run by Sarah Parr, who has over 20 years leading and advising businesses to help them to be better.
She enjoys working with teams to design their coaching objectives and outcomes.
Sarah also works with newly-promoted leaders to step up to leadership, and executives through executive coaching.
Part of Sarah’s coaching work is to listen, hold space and support her clients to be the best version of themselves.

What’s in a name?

The name ‘Sirise’ for Sirise Coaching comes from the well-known poem by Maya Angelou, ‘Still I Rise’.
During her career, Sarah experienced a really tough time and burnout, although it was the strength of the leadership team and solidarity with her colleagues that helped to overcome this.

What were Sarah’s hopes for working with us?

Sarah felt that she was offering too many options as part of her Sirise Coaching offer. She felt frustrated that some of the work she was attracting was not in line with her personal and professional values.
At times, it felt like her message was being misunderstood and she lacked the confidence to share anything on social media.

Sarah hoped to create a standout brand that would attract her dream clients, yet she felt overwhelmed about where to start.
That’s why she decided to bring THAT Branding Creative Director, Paul Scurrah, and Ashleigh King, Digital Marketing Consultant and Copywriter, on board.

Services Provided

  • Exploration of personal and professional values to attract dream clients, and inform the messaging and content on the website.

  • Review of the customer journey, and experience of existing clients, what is working and what could be better, and how technology can help to save Sarah’s time

  • Creation of an engaging website and branded materials to ensure a streamlined, consistent look.

  • Brand development to determine a name, colour palette and brand identity which would be memorable.

  • Copywriting, market research and a marketing strategy

  • Marketing workshops to upskill Sarah to use LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, and collaborators.

What has been the impact of working with THAT Branding Company?

Although Sarah has been working independently since February 2020, she needed a bit of time to work out what type of coach she wanted to be and who she wanted to work with.
Sarah’s new brand has received so many positive comments online, with the most important and valuable feedback being that her personality comes through her brand. This is one of our key motivators for us in working with any of our clients.

”Sarah - you should be so proud of this! Looks fabulous, and more importantly, you come through so strongly on every page.” - Alana

”Congrats Sarah! Just re-watched the Maya Angelou poem, alongside the wealth of experience your values really shine through this.”
- Katy

Ashleigh supported me with my new marketing strategy. Her energy is infectious, and she took the time to get to know me and to really understand what’s important to me and how I wanted to be perceived by my current and future clients.
It’s fair to say that marketing myself is something that’s a little out of my comfort zone, but Ashleigh has great compassion and made sure that we went at a pace that worked for me. I’d definitely recommend her.
— Sarah Parr, Director of Sirise Coaching
